Concentrix in Lisbon seeks a Recruiter fluent in Dutch and English to onboard top talent for international clients. The role blends sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement within a dynamic, multicultural team.

The position targets candidates with recruitment experience, a degree, and strong communication skills, in a fast-paced BPO environment. It offers a Monday–Friday 9AM–6PM schedule and relocation support for those moving to Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) with strong English.
• 1+ years in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced corporate environment such as a BPO.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS usage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, file resumes, background, and reference checks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews.
• Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire and negotiate offers.
• Source candidates via internet, networks, colleges, and media to find qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate and concise recruitment records within ATS and HRIS tools.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants
• Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates
• Leverage various resources - internet, community organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, colleges, trade associations - to directly and indirectly source qualified candidates
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, working within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools
• Maintain consistent standards for all applicants and ensure compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting
• Responsible for developing and applying an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioural competencies needed for success in each role
• Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally drives the highest standards of ethical behaviour for all involved in the recruiting process

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent in Dutch (written and spoken, C1–C2 level) with a high level of English
• Bring 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced corporate environment such as a BPO
• Have a bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Are able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office
• Are a self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment
• Have sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are able to handle and maintain confidential information
