Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a multinational BPO to recruit a Dutch-speaking Recruiter for Lisbon and Porto. You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding to integrate newcomers into the team.

The role requires Dutch language proficiency and English at level B2, plus a degree in HR. The position offers a full-time, on-site schedule with relocation support and a 14-salary compensation structure in Portugal.

About the role

CloserHire has partnered with a multinational BPO company that specializes in providing exceptional customer support and sales services to renowned brands. Together, we’re looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Recruiter to look for a partner agency to support their teams.

What you'll do

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent in Dtuch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• English fluency (B2 level) University
• Degree, preferably in Human
• Resources or similar
• Proven work experience in the field
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking
• Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs A positive and ‘can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach

Salary

€1,450 per year × 14 salaries (gross)

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.
