CloserHire, in partnership with a multinational BPO, seeks a Dutch-speaking Recruiter to source top talent and support cross-functional teams. You will attract candidates via databases, social media and job fairs, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

The role requires fluent Dutch (C1) and English (B2), a university degree, proven recruitment experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication.
• English fluency (B2 level).
• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar.
• Proven work experience in recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes (profiles, assessments, interviews, follow-up).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and referral programs.

Together, we’re looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Recruiter to look for top talent to support their teams.

Your Role

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

Your Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dtuch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• English fluency (B2 level)
• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar
• Proven work experience in the field
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs
• A positive and ‘can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach
