Job summary

Konecta Portugal is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and elevate recruitment across international markets. You will own end-to-end processes, design sourcing strategies, and lead high-volume and specialist hires within the BPO industry.

You'll collaborate with hiring managers and Operations to shape priorities, manage pipelines and KPIs, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to placement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within BPO/Contact Centre environments.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment and challenging hiring deadlines.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Fluency in English. Additional languages are a big plus!
