AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions. You will assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and collaborate with clients to submit high-quality candidates.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year recruiting experience, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, and advanced English. You will proactively network across channels and contribute to a fast-growing tech-focused team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar client-facing role.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Affinity towards technology and developing new skills.
