Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese and English to communicate with guests.

Wyndham Residences Alvor Beach, a four-star property located just a short walk from Alvor Beach in Portimão, is currently recruiting a Receptionist to join its team for an immediate start.

We are looking for motivated professionals with a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to excellent customer service, who wish to develop their careers within an internationally recognised hotel brand.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner;

Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures;

Manage reservations and guest requests;

Handle telephone calls and respond to emails;

Provide guests with information about the hotel, its services and the local area;

Assist and support guests throughout their stay, ensuring a positive experience;

Support the Front Office team with other daily operational tasks;

Deliver professional and attentive service in line with the hotel's standards.

Your Profile

Excellent communication skills and a passion for guest service;

Friendly, professional and responsible attitude;

Strong organisational skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team;

Good communication skills with guests and colleagues from different departments;

Proficient in both Portuguese and English;

Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage;

Availability and flexibility to work different schedules (rotating shifts);

Previous experience in hospitality or Front Office is considered an advantage;
