Vila Vita Parc in the Algarve is seeking a Receptionist to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs and set the tone for a memorable stay. You will combine operational excellence with genuine hospitality, anticipate needs, and tailor the service to each guest.

The role requires previous experience in reception, fluency in Portuguese and English, and knowledge of OPERA PMS. You will coordinate with resort teams and uphold Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards while delivering attention to detail and

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Reception, preferably in a 5-star hotel (from the HTML).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (from the HTML).
• Knowledge of OPERA PMS preferred (from the HTML).
• Experience with Forbes and LQA standards preferred (from the HTML).
• Excellent communication and guest-oriented approach (from the HTML).
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset (from the HTML).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Prepare and conduct check-ins and check-outs.
• Anticipate guests' needs and personalise the service.
• Handle guest requests, reservations and service recovery situations; coordinate with resort teams.
• Share recommendations and promote Vila Vita experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes Travel Guide and LQA standards.
• Maintain high accuracy and efficiency across Front Office operations.
