Key Responsibilities

Be responsible for the assigned kitchen section;

Coordinate the preparation and cooking of dishes within the assigned section;

Ensure the quality, consistency and presentation of all preparations;

Support the organisation of the kitchen team during service;

Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.

Your Profile
