Wyndham Residences Alvor Beach, a four-star property located just a short walk from Alvor Beach in Portimão, is currently recruiting a Chef de Partie to join its team.

We are looking for motivated professionals with a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to excellent customer service, who wish to develop their careers within an internationally recognised hotel brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the assigned kitchen section;
• Coordinate the preparation and cooking of dishes within the assigned section;
• Ensure the quality, consistency and presentation of all preparations;
• Support the organisation of the kitchen team during service;
• Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage;
• Passion for customer service and ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills with guests and colleagues from different departments;
• Well-presented, organised, proactive, dynamic and versatile;
