Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese and English to communicate with guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy front desk moments.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and adapt to schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner;
• Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures;
• Manage reservations and guest requests;
• Handle telephone calls and respond to emails;
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area;
• Assist and support guests throughout their stay;
• Support the Front Office team with daily tasks;
• Deliver professional service in line with hotel standards.
