HN Services Portugal is seeking a P2P Middle Office Analyst to join our team in Lisbon on a hybrid basis. You will handle requests from clients and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely responses, while supporting procurement process improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and up to 3 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP. English proficiency at B2 level is expected.

Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP or Accounts Payable is a plus.

Who We're Looking For

A person to join our team and support Procure-to-Pay activities in a collaborative, service-focused environment.

As a P2P Middle Office Analyst, you will help ensure that requests are handled accurately and on time, while supporting the quality and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Professional Experience & Technical Skills

• Receive and register requests from clients and internal teams
• Review requests and provide clear, timely responses
• Follow up on cases to ensure they are resolved
• Support data quality checks on purchase order information
• Work with cost accounting teams, internal business areas and suppliers
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and request resolution

SoftSkills

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in a similar role or environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
• SAP knowledge or familiarity with Accounts Payable processes is a plus
