Job summary

TALEO Consulting Group in Lisbon is seeking four P2P Middle Office Business Analysts to support the Procure-to-Pay function in a leading international bank. This role focuses on handling requests, ensuring timely responses, and guarding procurement process rules.

You will interact with suppliers and internal teams, perform data quality checks on PO data, and drive improvements in request handling. Fluency in English is essential, French is a plus, and a finance-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes is a plus.
• Fluent English (Expert level); Basic French (Plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong customer orientation, active listening, accuracy and rigour.

Responsibilities

• Handle and register requests received by email from clients or the Middle Office Team Manager.
• Analyse information requests and provide accurate and timely responses.
• Ensure the resolution of all requests.
• Suggest improvements to request handling and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Interact with cost accounting stakeholders, internal business lines and suppliers.
