Job summary

Randstad is supporting the setup of a brand-new Finance Shared Services Center in Lisbon. We are seeking a Purchasing Administration Specialist to manage daily back-office procurement activities, maintain master data, and resolve transactional discrepancies for Europe and North America.

You will drive service delivery within the P2P framework, contribute to process standardization, and support buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders across international entities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Purchasing Administration, Procurement Operations, Master Data, Accounts Payable support, or SSC environment.
• Fluent English required; French is strongly preferred due to direct interaction with the French scope.
• Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, contracts, Incoterms, and payment terms.

Responsibilities

• PR/PO & Transactional Support: process requisitions and validate accuracy with suppliers.
• Invoice discrepancy resolution: analyze invoice errors and coordinate with Buyers, AP, and Suppliers.
• Supplier governance: manage supplier creation, extension, and modification requests.
• Process & Service Delivery: execute daily activities per SOPs/SLAs and identify automation opportunities.
