Job summary

Randstad Digital Portugal is seeking a P2P MO Middle Office Analyst to support Procure to Pay activities and execution transactions. You will ensure compliance with regulations, strive for customer satisfaction, and contribute to Savings and Customer Satisfaction targets.

In this role you will act as a facilitator and procurement process rules guardian, perform sanity checks on PO data quality, and collaborate with cost accounting stakeholders and suppliers to resolve requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree prefered in Finance, Business administration, or related areas.
• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role and organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes or experience in a related area is a plus

• Handle and register requests via email from clients or Middle Office Team Manager
• Analyze and provide adequate and timely response to all information requests
• Provide input to improve request resolution and contribute to continuous improvement
• Interact with different stakeholders of the cost accounting activity, internal business lines, and suppliers.

The P2P MO Middle office analysts perform duties related to the Procure to Pay topics and execution transactions processed by a middle office, which provides support and other expertise to the Procure-to-Pay departments. The P2P MO Analyst shall execute the activity according to the applicable regulation, customer satisfaction, the application of the Procurement Strategy and the achievement of Savings and Customer Satisfaction targets. Within the P2P Purchasing Middle Office: Acts as a facilitator and procurement process rules guardian, overseeing sanity checks on PO data quality Control
