Job summary

TALEO Consulting Group in Lisbon is seeking four P2P Middle Office Business Analysts to support the Procure-to-Pay function in a leading international bank. This role focuses on handling requests, ensuring timely responses, and guarding procurement process rules.

You will interact with suppliers and internal teams, perform data quality checks on PO data, and drive improvements in request handling. Fluency in English is essential, French is a plus, and a finance-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes is a plus.
• Fluent English (Expert level); Basic French (Plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
• Strong customer orientation, active listening, accuracy and rigour.

Taleo Consulting is looking for four P2P Middle Office Business Analysts to join the Purchasing Middle Office team of a leading international bank in Lisbon.

About the role

As a P2P Middle Office Business Analyst, you will support the Procure-to-Pay departments by handling requests and transactions related to purchasing and payments. You will carry out the activity in line with applicable regulations, the bank's standards and the procurement strategy, contributing to savings and customer satisfaction targets. You will also act as a facilitator and guardian of procurement process rules, performing quality checks on purchase order (PO) data.
