Job summary

Quanteam, founding entity of RAINBOW PARTNERS, is seeking a Business Analyst - P2P in Lisbon forProcure-to-Pay activities. You will manage internal procurement requests, validate PO data, and serve as a liaison across Procurement, Finance, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes process adherence, issue resolution, and data quality in a collaborative environment. The position offers a permanent contract, health insurance, and additional holidays, with 50% on-site work in Lisbon and 2-6 months on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in procurement, Procure-to-Pay, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate procurement-related requests received from internal clients and stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely responses and effective resolution of issues.
• Review and validate PO data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procurement policies, processes, and internal standards.
• Act as a point of contact for Procurement, Finance, Cost Accounting, internal business lines, and suppliers, facilitating communication and supporting the smooth execution of Procure-to-Pay activities.
• Ensure adherence to procurement processes and guidelines while identifying and addressing potential issues or inconsistencies in transactions and requests.
• Support the resolution of operational queries and contribute to improving processes, procedures, and service quality through continuous improvement initiatives.

We are looking for a Business Analyst - P2P

• Review and validate Purchase Order (PO) data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procurement policies, processes, and internal standards.

• Contribute to Procurement objectives by supporting process efficiency, customer satisfaction, data quality, and the effective application of the Procurement Strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in procurement, Procure-to-Pay, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP and Accounts Payable processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and suppliers.
• Fluency in English - written and spoken (B2+).
• This role offers a gross annual salary between 18.000€ to 23.000€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
