You will oversee incidents across engineering and production environments, coordinating with Software Engineers, Infrastructure, and Support to diagnose and resolve issues in real time.

The role emphasizes incident response within SLAs, proactive monitoring with Datadog, deployment help, and runbooks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT.
• 3+ years in Production Support, SRE, or Application Support.
• Strong Linux/Unix command line skills and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools.

Responsabilidades

• Incident management: triage, investigate, and resolve production issues within SLA.
• Proactive monitoring of systems, logs, and metrics (Datadog).
• Lead post-incident RCA and coordinate with developers for long-term fixes.
• Support deployment, environment management and runbook maintenance.
