Luma Financial Technologies is seeking a proactive Production Support Engineer to oversee incidents across our production environments and work closely with Software, Infrastructure, and Support teams. You will triage, diagnose, and resolve issues in real time to ensure system stability and reliability from Lisbon to the world.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in Production Support, SRE, or Application Support.
• Strong Linux/Unix command-line skills.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and analyze slow queries.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, Shell, or PowerShell for automation.
• Experience with log aggregation and monitoring tools such as Datadog.
• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, network fundamentals, and web servers.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; willingness to on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Triage, investigate, and resolve production incidents within SLA.
• Monitor system performance and logs; triage issues using Datadog.
• Lead RCA writes and collaborate with developers for long-term fixes.
• Assist with deployments, releases, and scheduled production maintenance windows.
• Maintain availability across production, staging, and DR environments.
• Create, update, and standardize operational runbooks and escalation procedures.
