• Knowledge of Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, and Oracle SQL PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for group applications and tools.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and on-call rotations.
• Analyze logs to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor services, generate reports, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate to ensure stability and reliability of production apps.
• Participate in disaster recovery tests and DR exercises.
• Support data warehouses and data platform tooling.
