emagine is seeking Application Support Engineers (N2) to join operational teams focused on delivering support for critical banking applications within enterprise production environments. These roles are essential for ensuring operational stability, availability, and continuous improvement through effective production support, incident resolution, middleware administration, and infrastructure operations.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting production environments in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex production incidents under pressure.
• Experience with batch scheduling and middleware administration.
• Proactive mindset for continuous improvement and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 application support for enterprise production environments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot middleware such as Tomcat, Apache, JBoss.
• Configure and monitor batch processing with Control-M; manage SLA adherence.
• Support cloud and infrastructure operations on AWS, Kubernetes, and OpenStack.
• Coordinate with DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams to improve reliability.
• Produce operational reports and maintain technical documentation.
