Job summary

emagine seeks an experienced DevOps / Production Support Engineer focused on Incident, Change, and Release Management in a hybrid environment. You will troubleshoot production incidents, perform RCA, and coordinate resolution across multiple teams while supporting deployments and CI/CD improvements.

The role emphasizes Linux (RHEL), Oracle DB support, and automation to improve stability and delivery. Fluency in English is required, with French considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevOps, SRE, or production support roles.
• Strong production troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills.
• Hands-on in Linux environments, preferably RHEL.
• Experience with incident, problem, change, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot production incidents and service disruptions.
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to corrective actions.
• Coordinate incident resolution across development, infrastructure, operations, and business teams.
• Deploy applications across Pre-Production and Production environments.
