Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to oversee production operations, implement robust monitoring, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across multi-tech environments. You will collaborate with delivery teams, champion automation, and contribute to continuous improvement within a hybrid work setting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift, strong Linux/Windows skills, and fluency in English, with some French as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in IT Infrastructure, Production Operation Steering, IT Risk, and Cyber Security.
• Demonstrated expertise in mastering new technological stacks for service monitoring, including Elastic Search, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with DevOps chain tools such as Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Mattermost, and Ansible.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows systems, coupled with strong skills in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Openshift.
• Fluent English (Expert level) and at least B1 French proficiency, with a willingness to develop language skills further.
• Strong analytical capabilities, customer orientation, teamwork, results orientation, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as a guarantor of production throughout the project lifecycle, defining technical solutions and integrating infrastructure requirements.
• Ensure the stability of technical environments (Production/non-Production) and facilitate the deployment of solutions, including checking usability and security.
• Liaise closely with Application Production Support to implement effective monitoring and supervision strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes, focusing on automation, performance, and best practices.
• Support development teams in securing and accelerating project delivery by implementing technical user stories and ensuring compliance with architectural and security standards.
• Promote and ensure the upskilling of project teams on application production best practices and the effective use of Agile tools.
