Decskill is expanding its DevOps team and seeks skilled professionals to support and optimize IT environments. The role involves monitoring, incident management, and collaboration with production and development teams across local and international contexts.

Candidates should have strong Linux infrastructure experience, hands-on tooling (Dynatrace, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible), and a proactive approach to automation and delivery pipelines.

Qualificações

• At least 10 years of experience.
• Support the business IT needs and understand business workflows.
• Monitoring the application status and infrastructure server resources.
• Perform analysis, planning of technical tasks and execution.
• Contribute toward better post-release checkouts.
• Particular knowledge with RedHat Linux; good IT infrastructure knowledge; Ansible, Python.
• Application Performance Monitor (Dynatrace preferable).
• Experience in CD, automation of deliveries, deployments, rollbacks: Terraform, Jenkins, Git/GitLab.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional support to users on applications.
• Testing and cross checks.
• Interact with IT Production & ICP Support Teams.
• Interact with developers for in-house applications.
• Manage incidents, change requests and support items in ServiceNow.
• Incidents, crisis calls, and communications with users; ensure resolution within SLAs.
• Design of new application environments; installation, administration and documentation of applications.
• Participate in group and territory projects; server and application improvements.
• Capacity planning and script reviews; stand-by for UAT.
• Assist in standardization of practices and migration validations.
