Job summary

Inetum in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Application Production Support specialist who is detail-oriented and technically skilled to manage and support critical production applications, ensuring stability, availability and performance.

You will monitor production systems, manage incidents, deploy changes following ITIL and DevOps practices, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Development and Infrastructure teams to drive long-term solutions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of application servers and Java fundamentals.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes and cloud environments is required.
• Familiarity with API gateway solutions (Axway, Apigee).

Responsibilities

• Ensure application stability, availability, and performance.
• Monitor production systems, manage incidents, and support problem resolution.

Job Description

Application Prodcution Support team member is a detailed-oriented and technically skilled professional able to manage and support critical business applications in a production environment with a special focus on delivering high quality IT Services. The core responsabilites are related with ensuring the required stability, availability and performance for the applications under the team scope. Also, the incident resolution in a timely manner collaborating with internal (Development/Infrastructure teams) or external stakeholders (Service Providers) to drive long-term solutions.
