Inetum Portugal is seeking an Application Support Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of critical production applications. In a hybrid work environment, you will monitor systems, handle incidents, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.

The role requires strong experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, JBoss EAP, Java troubleshooting, and modern observability tools.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments.
• Proficiency with Red Hat JBoss EAP and Java troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze heap dumps and thread dumps for performance optimization.
• Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with API gateways such as Axway and Apigee.
• Knowledge of RHEL Linux.
• Experience with Dynatrace for monitoring.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and Nexus Sonatype.
• Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Exposure to Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
• Experience working within ITIL-based support processes.

Responsabilidades
