Bosch is seeking a Senior Product Owner & Team Leader to shape the development of a digital web application within the Bosch Data Analytics environment. You will combine strategic product ownership with team leadership, working with stakeholders, tech experts, UX specialists, and an international team.

Your goal is to translate business needs into valuable, user-focused digital solutions while enabling your team to deliver with quality, agility, and impact.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Informatics, or comparable field.
• Equivalent professional experience is also welcome.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner in an agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams in an international environment.
• Experience with digital products, data analytics, or technology platforms is an advantage.
• Languages: Proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and define the product roadmap in alignment with business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable product priorities.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from requirements and UX/UI design through testing, releases, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate release management and ensure effective communication with users and stakeholders.
• Lead and support an international, distributed team within the Tribe Data Analytics.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
• Support onboarding, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the design and conception of data analytics and digital platform solutions.
