KLx, the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., is expanding its Procurement team in Lisbon. We seek a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier onboarding, POs and data analysis across IT spend and supplier relations.

The role focuses on process controls, contract documentation, and collaboration with multiple teams. Required are 3–4 years in procurement, a related degree, and fluency in Portuguese and English; French is a plus. Hybrid work, 12-month contract with benefits.

About Responsibilities

KLx is expanding and we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team, working across purchasing, data analysis, contract management and supplier relations.

The main mission will be:

Procurement Operations

• Manage supplier onboarding and related administrative processes
• Conduct supplier qualification and risk assessment activities
• Create, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) and purchase requisitions
• Provide Procurement support and guidance to internal stakeholders
• Support sourcing initiatives, market consultations, and proposal evaluation processes

Internal Control and Compliance

• Execute Procurement controls and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Maintain the documentation and evidence required for audits and internal control activities
• Support the follow-up of audit recommendations and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the continuous monitoring and improvement of Procurement processes and controls

Contract Management and Documentation Administration

• Support the administrative management of contracts and contract amendments
• Ensure the proper organization, maintenance, and archiving of contractual documentation and Procurement records
• Monitor contract deadlines and support renewal processes
• Prepare supporting documentation for audits, internal controls, committees, and management reporting

Who you are:

• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in procurement, ideally in a technology or banking environment
• Knowledge of contracts and purchasing processes (IT experience is valued but not mandatory)
• Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
• Proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel, and ease with digital tools
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese and English, proficiency in French is a plus
