Nova Founders Capital seeks a proactive Family Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur and family with personal logistics, travel, calendar, inbox and daily life operations in Lisbon area. This is not a traditional office role; it requires in‑person work, high trust, discretion and the ability to create systems that reduce friction for the principal.

Qualificações

• Excellent organisational skills and discretion.
• Fluent Portuguese and strong English.
• Based near Lisbon and able to travel as required.
• Able to work in person and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience as private PA or lifestyle manager is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage principal's calendar and inbox to protect time and attention.
• Coordinate travel, flights, hotels and itineraries.
• Liaise with household staff and external providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate groceries, meals, local admin and family logistics.
• Provide practical support for personal and family demands while maintaining privacy.
