Nova Founders Capital is seeking a Personal Operations Manager to support a busy principal and family across personal logistics, travel, calendar, inbox and daily life operations in the Lisbon area. This is a highly in-person, high-trust role requiring discretion, proactive problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs.

Qualificações

• Fluent Portuguese
• Strong English
• Based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras
• Able to work in person
• Able and willing to travel
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent discretion and confidentiality
• Comfortable with executive-level tasks and practical lifestyle tasks
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Valid driving licence preferred

Responsabilidades

• Daily life and personal operations: manage calendar, inbox, errands, travel plans and household coordination to reduce decisions and friction for the principal.
• Calendar and communication management: protect time, schedule meetings, filter emails and draft replies as appropriate.
• Travel management: book flights, hotels, transport and restaurants, create itineraries and travel plans.
• Household and lifestyle coordination: coordinate with household staff and providers and manage logistics around the home.
• Food, health and personal preferences: learn preferences, coordinate meals and health appointments.
• Portuguese admin and local support: handle bureaucracy, local services and forms in Portugal.
