Nova Founders Capital is seeking a meticulous Household Manager to support a busy entrepreneur and family across personal logistics, travel, calendar, inbox, and daily life operations in the Lisbon area. This is a highly in-person role with regular travel and discretion is essential.

The role includes coordinating with household staff and external providers, managing calendars and communications, arranging travel, groceries, local administration, and family logistics in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese and strong English
• Based near Lisbon, Cascais or Oeiras
• In-person role with regular travel
• Experience coordinating private households or similar environments

Responsibilities

• Daily life and personal operations: manage priorities, errands, bookings, and routines for the principal.
• Calendar and communication management: protect calendar, draft replies, filter emails, and reduce noise.
• Travel management: book flights, hotels, transport, and craft itineraries.
• Household and lifestyle coordination: coordinate maid and household providers, manage repairs and deliveries.
• Food, health and personal preferences: coordinate groceries, meals, and health appointments.
• Portuguese admin and local support: handle bureaucracy and local forms, services, and logistics.
