Zusammenfassung

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a seasoned Procurement professional based in Lisbon to lead sourcing, tendering, and contract management for Personal Protective Equipment and related supply activities. You will coordinate with cross-border teams across France, Germany, Spain and Portugal, ensuring compliance and optimal supplier performance.

This fixed-term position requires a strong background in procurement and contract management, with fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Procurement background of 2–3 years.
• Experience as a buyer or in supply chain/logistics close to contract management.
• Strong Tendering, Negotiation, Contracting and SRM skills.
• Basic knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German are a plus.
• Familiar with Airbus procurement tools (Coupa, SAP, E-Proc, Airsupply) and Google Suite.
• Delivery-focused with strong customer-satisfaction orientation; team player; comfortable with remote work.
• Awareness of ethics and Airbus compliance in supplier selection processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiation to secure best conditions; manage a major tender across Europe.
• Implement and monitor contracts with suppliers and stakeholders throughout life cycle.
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and projects to optimize value and minimize total cost of ownership and risks.
• Contribute to multidivisional teams across tendering, contracting, and lifecycle phases.
