Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a professional to draft, revise and negotiate standard and complex procurement contracts. The role involves collaboration with procurement buyers and legal teams to ensure compliance, risk management, and alignment with business objectives.

The candidate should have a background in procurement with strong English, negotiation and communication skills, and be willing to travel domestically and internationally when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement is desirable.
• Experience in establishing & negotiating contracts is desirable.
• Fluency in English sufficient to negotiate.
• Fluency in French, German or Spanish is highly desirable.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally sometimes on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise standard procurement contracts incorporating economic, commercial, technological, legal and risk management requirements.
• Prepare negotiations and execute contracts with procurement buyers.
• Evolve and negotiate complex contract amendments during the contract life cycle.
• Prepare contract validation forms highlighting executive summary, deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Provide specialist support in contract analysis, drafting, design and negotiations for other company functions.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual implications of internal projects (e.g., confidentiality or IP).
