Airbus Portugal SA in Coimbra is seeking a Team Leader for the Procurement team to drive business operations, manage a procurement group and oversee strategic sourcing initiatives.

You will collaborate with internal customers, coordinate tenders and contracts, and ensure compliance with Finance and Procurement policies while developing the team. The role offers a hybrid working model and the opportunity to contribute to a global Airbus organisation.

Qualificações

• Procurement background with 8–10 years in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Proven team leadership experience and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Strong communication, rigor and integrity; cross-functional relationship building.
• Experience with SAP desirable; English language proficiency required; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise procurement activities and guide the team.
• Support Head of Sourcing with salary reviews, promotions and competency development.
• Drive policy implementation, process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Escalate back-office issues and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead tenders, contracts management and supplier performance in collaboration with internal customers.
