Responsibilities

• Deliver professional customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat in FinTech.
• Assist customers with account setup, digital payments, transactions, and platform navigation.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and technical concerns promptly and empathetically.
• Guide users through digital financial tools and mobile banking features.
• Document interactions and outcomes in the CRM system in compliance with data protection rules.
• Collaborate with compliance, fraud prevention, and technical support teams.
• Stay informed about FinTech product updates and industry regulations to provide expert guidance.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve service and product development.
