• Experience in customer service, ideally in consumer electronics or luxury goods

Responsabilités

• Provide world-class support to Miele customers via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance
• Process service requests and warranty inquiries in the support portal
• Build strong customer relationships with personalized solutions and recommendations
• Stay updated on Miele products and innovations to offer expert assistance
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery
