Mercier Consultancy Group seeks an Italian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support Vinted users in Greece. You will handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, upholding a professional and empathetic approach while ensuring account safety and satisfaction. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, and an EU passport is mandatory.

Relocation to Greece is provided, including a comprehensive package and ongoing training. Previous customer-facing experience is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English (working language).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Vinted users via email, chat, and phone channels.
• Resolve user inquiries regarding transactions, shipping, and account management.
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and helpful tone in Italian communications.
