Mercier Consultancy Group is sourcing exceptional candidates for the Portuguese Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role suits a fitness enthusiast who wants to combine wellness tech with a professional career in Europe.

You will provide Portuguese customer support for wearable devices, assist with troubleshooting, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with our international team in Sofia.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.
• Excellent English proficiency to interact with an international team in Sofia.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class customer support to users of fitness tracking devices and wellness applications in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, device synchronization, and health data interpretation.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the Fitness & Wellness industry, promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to improve service quality and user satisfaction.
• Identify trends in user feedback to provide insights to product development teams.
• Maintain deep knowledge of current and upcoming products in the health and wellness technology landscape.
