Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Portuguese Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will deliver high-level technical support for iRobot products via phone, email and chat, resolving hardware and software issues and guiding customers through setup and maintenance.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Portuguese with strong communication skills and a passion for consumer electronics. An EU passport and willingness to relocate are required.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese, spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for consumer electronics.
• Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
• EU passport required; willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level technical support for iRobot products via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software connectivity issues for iRobot devices.
• Educate users on product features, maintenance best practices, and ecosystem integration.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in the CRM system with accurate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to feedback on trends in consumer electronics.
• Represent the brand with professionalism to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on firmware and smart home innovations to provide expert assistance.
