Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide expert technical support for Fitbit devices, educate users on features, and work with international teams to enhance wellness products.

The role requires fluent German, EU passport, and willingness to relocate. We offer comprehensive training, relocation support, and a competitive monthly salary with a signing bonus.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in this jurisdiction).
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this on-site position.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer relations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class support for Fitbit wearable devices, helping users optimize their fitness journey.
• Troubleshoot technical connectivity and synchronization issues between wearable hardware and the fitness ecosystem.
• Educate clients on product features, including heart-rate tracking, sleep cycles, and physical activity metrics.
• Ensure high satisfaction levels by delivering empathetic and expert guidance to German-speaking users.
• Maintain accurate logs of technical inquiries to contribute to product improvements.
• Collaborate with international teams to stay updated on advancements in Fitness & Wellness.
• Identify trends in user feedback to assist in refinement of wellness monitoring products.
