Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist to join a premier international team. The role requires relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria, with fully paid training on Fitbit products and support software, plus a comprehensive relocation package for international hires.

You will provide expert Dutch-language support, help customers with device setup, firmware updates, and troubleshoot app issues, while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to troubleshoot consumer electronics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and product support for Fitbit wearables in Dutch.
• Assist users with device synchronization, firmware updates, and app troubleshooting.
• Educate customers on device features to promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Document user queries and maintain records in CX platforms.
• Stay updated on wearable tech developments to offer accurate recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve UX.
