You will provide Portuguese customer support for wearable devices, assist with troubleshooting, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with our international team in Sofia.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy.
• Excellent English proficiency to interact with an international team in Sofia.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.

Responsabilidades
