Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Portuguese-speaking iRobot Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for users, delivering high-level technical guidance for smart home robotics. This role requires relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria, and offers fully paid training and relocation assistance.

Ideal candidates have experience in consumer electronics or technical support, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology. EU passport is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Great problem-solving and technical aptitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers for iRobot products via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and solve software and hardware connectivity issues for robotic appliances.
• Document customer interactions and contribute to knowledge base updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical queries.
• Stay updated on iRobot firmware updates and product features.
