CBTalents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an Online Booking project in Porto, Portugal. The role focuses on delivering high-quality support, guiding customers through booking steps, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

The ideal candidate has fluent Portuguese at C2 level and English at B2, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable approach. On-site day shifts and remote night shifts are offered.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Portuguese-speaking professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, resolving customer needs efficiently, and creating seamless booking experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for online booking inquiries and requests.
• Guide customers through booking-related processes with clarity and professionalism.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
• Deliver accurate, friendly, and solution-oriented assistance.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of customer service.

Requirements

• Portuguese: C2/Fluent – European and Brazilian Portuguese accepted.
• English: B2 level.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach.
• Valid documentation to work legally in Portugal.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Sunday with 2 rotational days off.
• 08:00–17:00: On-site in Porto.
• 18:00–03:00: Remote for the night shift.
