CBTalents in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Booking Support Advisor to join an international online project. You will handle online booking inquiries with clarity and professionalism, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong problem-solving skills.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with on-site daytime hours (08:00–17:00) in Porto and a remote night shift (18:00–03:00). Fluency in Portuguese and English required, plus legal work status in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Portuguese: C2/Fluent
• English: B2 level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid documentation to work legally in Portugal

Requirements

• Portuguese: C2/Fluent – European and Brazilian Portuguese accepted.
• English: B2 level.

• Valid documentation to work legally in Portugal.

Working Schedule

• Full-time – 40 hours per week.
• Monday to Sunday with 2 rotational days off.
• 08:00–17:00: On-site in Porto.
• 18:00–03:00: Remote for the night shift.
