Next Job Abroad is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to represent global brands for European customers from Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, helping with orders, bookings, and account support in a fast-paced, multilingual environment.

Relocation to Athens is supported, with comprehensive assistance including housing, onboarding, and local paperwork.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Portuguese (native or C1/C2) written and spoken.
• English knowledge at least B2 to navigate systems.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Greece.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and multitasking.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to relocate to Greece soon.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers via phone, live chat and email for products, orders, bookings and account support.
• Provide top-class service with clear, empathetic communication.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through setups.
• Collaborate with international teams in a multicultural environment.
• Engage in ongoing learning about brand features and tools.
