Cross Border Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers from Greece. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience while relocation assistance is provided.

Requirements include native or fluent Portuguese, English at least B1, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and eligibility to work in Greece. Prior customer service experience is a plus; relocation includes EU flight and temporary

Qualificações

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
