Job summary

Pixie Services, an IT staffing company, is seeking a motivated Business Development / Sales professional to drive growth in Portugal, focusing on building a portfolio of IT clients in Lisbon.

You will source and qualify opportunities, manage the full sales and recruitment cycle from first contact to placement, and collaborate with an international team to expand Pixie's footprint across Europe. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT staffing or recruitment.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of IT clients in the Portuguese market.
• Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and networking.
• Understand client needs, qualify opportunities, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Build and develop long-term client relationships.
• Source and qualify freelance IT consultants and build relationships with them.
• Manage the full sales and recruitment cycle from first contact to placement.
• Develop the portfolio and contribute to Pixie’s growth in Portugal.
