Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking an English-speaking Multichannel Customer Service Agent to support customers via phone, email and messaging apps, adapting style per channel while maintaining accuracy and care.

No prior experience is required and a structured training programme covers products, systems and service standards from day one, with rotating shifts that include evenings to ensure coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• Curious and quick to learn new tools.
• Comfortable switching between tasks.
• Rotating shifts, including evenings.

Responsibilities

• Support customers across phone, email and messaging apps.
• Check account details, answer questions fully and close the contact on the first attempt where possible.
• Record every outcome in our CRM so a colleague can continue the conversation.
