Job summary

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, a TUI-owned specialist, is hiring a Port Delivery Agent in Lisbon to coordinate embarkation and debarkation operations. You will be the main contact for cruise line operations, ensuring top-quality service and smooth delivery across port, airport, and hotels.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role requiring early starts and a flexible schedule. You will support planning, supplier coordination, and invoicing while maintaining excellent client and guest

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating daily planning and operations in cruise or holiday destinations.
• Confident decision maker with autonomous working style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Portuguese.
• Proactive guest service mindset focused on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all operational activities with cruise clients from planning to delivery.
• Work with the other departments involved in the operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery at all times.
• Be present at the port, airport, and hotels on operational days as the main point of contact for the ship, coordinating the work of all team members involved.
• Complete invoicing processes and data entry requirements accurately and within deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reservations and operational updates are managed effectively.
• Keeping constant contact, reserving, and updating providers accordingly.
• Liase with ships and respective operations onboard teams to review, update and arrange all final details, according to pre-approved itineraries.

Join our Operations & Delivery team as aPort Delivery Agentin Lisbon,Portugalwhere you will be the main point of contact for the cruise line for embarkation and debarkation operations.

You will work as a team responsible for the preparation of the operation, ensuring a high standard and quality service to achieve the highest guest and client satisfaction.

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a TUI owned specialist business providing cruise ship handling services to cruise lines in destinations throughout the world. You will be assisting cruise lines and other clients on their daily operations.

This is a locally employed position. You must have the right to work in Portugal and live close to the port in Lisbon, before applying.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Coordinate and manage all operational activities agreed with cruise clients, overseeing each stage of the process, from planning to delivery, delivering exceptional customer service through proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
• Work closely with the other departments involved in the operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery at all times
• Be present at the port, airport, and hotels on operational days as the main point of contact for the ship, coordinating the work of all team members involved
• Complete invoicing processes and data entry requirements accurately and within deadlines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reservations and operational updates are managed effectively
• Keeping constant contact, reserving, and updating providers accordingly.
• Liase with ships and respective operations onboard teams to review, update and arrange all final details, according to pre-approved itineraries.
• This is a dynamic, hands-on role that requires regular presence at the port/aiport/hotels during operational days, early starts, and irregular week schedule

ABOUT YOU

• You have knowledge, experience and understanding of daily planning and operations in a holiday destination and/or cruise business
• You are a confident decision maker, and like to work with autonomy
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Portuguese
• You have a pro-active guest service mindset with a clear focus on quality and efficiency
• You enjoy working in dynamic multicultural environments
