Concentrix in Portugal is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote) to support clients via inbound calls and email, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. You will become a specialist in our client's products, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and deliver an excellent customer journey from home in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Polish (written and oral) and fluent English (B2)
• Previous experience in Customer Service is highly valued
• Excellent communication skills with empathy, team spirit, and customer orientation
• Knowledge of MS Office package
• Familiarity with Pet-related products is highly valued
• Positive and can-do attitude

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients via inbound calls and email by answering inquiries or handling requests
• Become a specialist in the client's products and services
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying complaints
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
• Deliver real-time, accurate information to empower customer decisions
• Listen to customers' unique situations and acknowledge needs
• Go beyond service expectations so customers remember and share their experience
